December 2, 1999, Chartwell Technology Inc.(CWH) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, GamingTech Corporation, has entered into a Master Sub License Agreement with respect to its CasinoCasino Internet gaming software to a subsidiary of Poker.com, Inc. (NASDAQ OTC BB: PKER), Casino Marketing S.A.

Under the Master Sub License Agreement, Casino Marketing S.A. is granted a non-exclusive worldwide right to sell sub licenses of the CasinoCasino gaming software. The Master Sub License Agreement requires that Casino Marketing S.A. take steps to ensure that all sub licensees of CasinoCasino are properly licensed to operate an Internet Casino in their respective jurisdictions and that high standards of fairness are met.

Poker.com Inc. is a licensing and marketing company that licenses turnkey Internet gaming systems and has the exclusive worldwide rights to market the poker.com domain name. Poker.com Inc. expects to make a significant number of CasinoCasino sub license sales.

GamingTech is a leading supplier of JAVA based Internet gaming software with its CasinoCasino Internet gaming system which includes 19 casino games, Cyberboss, a state-of-the-art back-end administrative utility with remote access and IP tracking and Cyberbanx, a complete banking interface and e-commerce system.

Chartwell is a leading developer of JAVA based Internet entertainment and e-commerce applications.

Chartwell Technology Inc. is a member of the new Canadian Venture Exchange (CDNX) as of November 29, 1999. This new exchange has amalgamated both the Alberta and Vancouver Stock Exchanges under one new entity namely "The Canadian Venture Exchange". Chartwell's new exchange symbol that is to be used along with its stock symbol is CWH
