Chartwell's Subsidiary Announces Two New Licensees for its
CasinoCasino Software

Inc.(CWH) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary,
GamingTech Corporation, has entered into agreements to license
its Internet based gaming software, CasinoCasino to:
1. Paradox Investments Ltd. and
2. Virtual Data Ltd.
This brings to 15 the number
of gaming companies who have licensed GamingTech's Java based
software since it was released in January 1999.
Chartwell is also pleased to announce that its
JAVA based MultiPlayer, MultiCard
BINGOBINGO with live Chat has
been deployed for Beta Testing. It is expected to be released on Chartwell's
website for free play users within the next two weeks. Chartwell's JAVA
based BINGOBINGO
will eventually offer the user four varieties of BINGO,
which are:
1. Conventional BINGO - Your standard 75 number Bingo Game where any line wins.
2. Scatter BINGO - The computer generates a random pattern required to win.
3. Blackout BINGO - The user must cover all the squares to win.
4. SpeedBall BINGO
- Same as Conventional Bingo but the Balls come out a lot faster and there is
NO Auto Daubing.
BINGOBINGO has
been developed as an independent Java based Internet game. The game runs on
the player's browser as an applet. It supports multiple players and allows players
to play multiple cards. Players and game operators communicate through a live
chat feature. Chartwell's BINGOBINGO
game will be licensed independently however it can be incorporated into the
CasinoCasino suite
of parlor games along with CYBERBOSS,
our state of the art Backend Administrative Utility and CYBERBANX,
our E-Commerce processing software.
