Chartwell Announces New Licensee of Casino Casino Software and Development of Two New Java Games
October 8, 1999, Chartwell Technology Inc. (CWH-ASE) is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement to license its Internet based gaming software, Casino Casino, to Kings Data Ltd. of Belize City, Belize. This brings to 12, the number of gaming companies who have licensed Chartwell's Java based software since it was released in January 1999.
Chartwell is also pleased to announce that it has completed the development of two new games. This brings to 20, the number of Java based games offered by Chartwell. The new games are:
Bingo, this traditional lottery style game has been developed as an independent Java based Internet game. The game runs on the player's browser as an applet. The game supports multiple players and allows players to play multiple cards. Players and game operators communicate through a live chat feature. Chartwell's Bingo game will be licensed independently however can be incorporated into the Casino Casino suite of parlor games.
SicBo, this is a traditional Asian game involving three dice. The object of the game is to predict the result of the dice roll by placing bets on the various combinations.
