(NYSE:HET) the leading consumer marketing company in the gaming industry. Under the terms of the relationship, Chartwell has designed and built the "Harrah's Play for Fun Virtual Casino" as an exciting new component of the Harrah's web presence. The objective is to bring the Harrah's brand of entertainment to the Internet in a pure entertainment or "Play for Fun" environment, an important aspect of Harrah's expanding Internet strategy.

In addition to the design and construction of this exciting new dimension to the Harrah's website, Harrah's Entertainment has entered into a three year license agreement for Chartwell's Online Casino software, including a suite of traditional games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Pai Gow Poker, Caribbean Poker as well as custom virtual Harrah's slot machines designed and built by Chartwell exclusively for Harrah's.
